Have you heard:
😪 “Sales are always low in June and July…”
🤥 “No one wants to add something new to their plate with kids home.”
😒 “People aren’t paying attention in the summer because of vacation.”
🤧 “Life is just so chaotic and my business takes the back seat.”
So you settle in with this reality and choose to live a chill, laid back summer.
You start justifying membership cancellations because “people just aren't working as hard right now.”
You set lower expectations for team calls because “people are traveling.”
You explain lower bootcamp numbers with “people just can’t make the time for themselves in the summer.”
Finally, you may even throw in the towel completely and say, “I’ll just pick back up when people are back in routine in the fall.”
If the story about how summer is “dead for business” has discouraged you, put a halt to your goals, or killed your momentum (or worse, your confidence)...
I have a new narrative for you.
Around here we believe summer can look like:
💘 Taking evening walks with peace in your heart that your business is on track
🍦 Saying "YES!" to spontaneous ice cream dates because you have margin in your days
💃 Cranking out more work in a naptime hour than you used to in an entire day
📈 Hitting a new sales record in the months your industries call "dead"
That's because Sales Girls do it differently.
Next week we are deep diving into what I like to call the side-effects of becoming a Sales Girl
aka owning your identity and mastering sales + communication skills.
These are the things we honestly don’t talk about that often because they’ve simply become a part of who we are.
But June 12-16 we are pulling back the curtain.
